Balvraid Steading is a striking baronial style, modern Scottish castle. Situated in its own grounds, approached via a private, tree lined farm track. With two rounded turrets and a separate stone staircase, stunning views over farmland to sea. It has 5 bedrooms in the main house and 2 separate ensuite annexes.

Your stay will include, Starlink Wi-Fi, all bed linen, towels, electricity, underfloor oil heating, a fully stock wood shed for stove. Use of washing machine and tumble dryer.
The space
Ground floor: Caithness slate flooring throughout. Underfloor oil central heating throughout.
Kitchen: Spacious farmhouse kitchen, with range cooker with LPG gas hob and electric oven. Large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave.
Hall with French doors opening onto garden grounds. Small dining table and chairs.
Dining room: Large dining table and chairs running the length of the room.
Living room: Very spacious living room with high quality furniture. Wood burning stove.
Second living room/snug: off main room plus another large living room with same high quality furniture and furnishings.
Cloakroom: Toilet and washbasin.
Utility room: washing machine, tumble dryer, sink.
Two concrete spiral staircases, baronial style, lead up either end of the property to the first floor.

Outside: The property is approached via private tree lined track (not suitable for sports cars) that leads into steading grounds. large lawns, grassed area bounded by attractive stone wall. Incredible views over open farmland to the sea beyond. Large stone parking area for cars. Wood shed with unlimited wood for wood-burning stove.
