General conditions
the following terms and conditions are designed to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. please read them carefully. failure to comply may be considered a breach of contract and may result in termination of your stay without refund. unless otherwise stated, any prices included in these terms and conditions, do not include vat.
1. payment
spare crib global limited accepts the following payment methods:
- credit and debit cards (visa, mastercard and american express)
- bank transfer in pounds sterling
payment is made via a secure online payment link, emailed to the lead guest, or by bank transfer (details available on request and on all invoices sent).
unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment must be received in cleared funds prior to check-in.
2. arrivals and departures
check-in: from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
- early check-in may be available on request and subject to availability.
guests must collect keys from the lockbox.
check-out: by 10:00 on the day of departure.
- late check-out may be available on request and subject to availability.
guests must:
• close all windows.
• remove excess rubbish and place in the designated bins.
• lock the property and return all keys/fobs/permits/remotes as instructed.
• contact sales team on +44 333 016 9997 to request any changes.
3. security deposit
spare crib global ltd reserves the right to take a refundable security deposit prior to or upon check-in. guests will be advised at the time of booking.
the deposit may be used to cover (but is not limited to):
• damage to the property, furnishings, or contents.
• lost keys, fobs, permits, or remotes.
• excess cleaning charges (including smoking inside the property).
• breaches of these terms and conditions.
subject to inspection, deposits will normally be refunded within 7 working days of check-out, less any deductions. guests will be notified in writing of any deductions made.
4. cancellation policy
unless otherwise stated or agreed, guests must provide notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to check-in.
if the required notice is not provided, the full booking cost will be charged, minus any applicable cleaning or security deposit fees.
5. no show policy
if you cannot complete your booking, you must notify the sales team immediately on +44 333 016 9997.
failure to do so may result in charges in line with the cancellation policy above.
details will be explained at the time of booking.
5. keys, electronic fobs, permits & remotes
unless otherwise agreed, one set of keys will be issued per booking.
all keys, fobs, permits, and remotes provided must be returned upon check-out to the same location that they were collected from. if any items are lost or not returned to the same place, or in the case of a lockout, the following charges shall apply:
lost keys: minimum £50 per set (exact costs depend on property).
lost fobs, permits, or remotes: minimum £80 (exact costs depend on property).
lock outs: minimum £150 (exact costs depend on property).
losses must be reported immediately so replacements can be arranged.
6. parking
if a parking bay is reserved, guests must only use the designated space.
vehicle registration must be provided before arrival to avoid penalties.
visitors’ parking must be pre-approved by the operations team.
unregistered vehicles may be ticketed at the guest’s risk.
spare crib global ltd accepts no liability for damage, theft, or loss to vehicles parked on-site.
permits (where provided) must be clearly displayed at all times.
some properties restrict vans or commercial vehicles. please check at booking stage.
7. insurance and liability
spare crib global ltd is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
guests must ensure they have adequate travel, health, and personal property insurance during their stay.
8. housekeeping
housekeeping schedules will be confirmed before arrival. contact housekeeping on +44 333 016 9997 if unsure.
guests must keep surfaces clear to allow efficient cleaning.
additional cleans can be booked for an extra charge via sales team.
personal furniture or appliances (white goods) may not be stored or used in properties due to fire regulations.
9. damages
guests are responsible for caring for the property and its contents.
charges may apply for damage, missing items, or misuse.
unapproved furniture or appliances found on-site must be removed immediately; damage caused will be charged.
all personal belongings must be removed on departure. left items may incur removal costs.
furniture must remain in its original position to prevent floor damage.
10. pets
pets are only permitted in approved properties and must be agreed in advance.
charges: 8% of total booking cost (minimum £75).
pets are not allowed in communal gardens or areas unless stated otherwise.
owners are responsible for ensuring pets do not cause nuisance or disturbance.
11. smoking
to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests, smoking, vaping, or the use of e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property (including near open windows or doors).
if evidence of smoking is found, a £250 deep cleaning and deodorising fee will be charged to cover the additional cleaning required.
you’re welcome to smoke outside in designated outdoor areas (if applicable) - please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly. if cigarette ends are not disposed of responsibly, an extra cleaning fee of £30 will be charged.
thank you for respecting this rule and helping us maintain a fresh, smoke-free home for everyone.
12. health & safety
guests must ensure doors and windows are locked when away.
guests are responsible for ensuring their belongings and keeping valuables secure.
do not interfere with electrics, plumbing, or fixtures. report maintenance issues to operations team.
appliances must be used according to instructions. contact operations team if manuals are missing.
switch off electrical/gas appliances when not in use and before leaving the property.
familiarise yourself with fire escape routes and keep them clear.
in case of fire: call 999, evacuate, and await fire officer instructions. do not re-enter until cleared.
13. code of conduct
guests must not:
• cause nuisance, annoyance, or damage to neighbours or property.
• conduct business from the property.
• move furniture or bring in personal appliances/furniture.
• host parties.
• use the property for illegal or immoral purposes, including drug use.
if a guest is found to be using drugs, engaging in any illegal activities or in breach of any of the above conditions, the booking will be immediately cancelled, the guest will be required to vacate the premises, and no refund will be issued for any remaining nights.
14. noise
noise must be kept to a minimum at all times to avoid disturbing neighbouring residents.
this requirement is particularly important during designated quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00, when excessive noise may cause disturbance and complaints.
15. communal gardens/areas
communal spaces may be used respectfully.
prohibited activities include:
• ball games.
• climbing fences, trees, or fixtures.
• parties or large gatherings.
• bbqs.
• dogs
16. extending your booking
extensions must be arranged via spare crib global ltd or booking agent and confirmed by email.
requests should be made with as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment.
17. disability/medical problems
guests with medical needs or disabilities requiring additional facilities must notify us at booking.
please note that, due to the differing characteristics of our properties, we may decline reservations where specific needs cannot be safely accommodated.
18. special requests
special requests must be made at booking. while we aim to accommodate, requests cannot be guaranteed.
failure to meet a request does not constitute breach of contract.
19. lost property
items left behind will be kept for 10 days, after which they will be disposed of if unclaimed.
food items are disposed of immediately.

20. maintenance & viewings
spare crib global ltd may permit property viewings with at least 24 hours’ notice.
maintenance staff and contractors may enter properties for essential work or safety checks with reasonable notice.
21. waste and recycling
please use the refuse and recycling bins responsibly. only household waste should be placed in the bins provided, and all rubbish must be properly bagged and sorted according to local recycling rules, which can be found in the property.
should any excessive waste or rubbish be left on the premises, an additional cleaning fee of at least £50 will be charged to cover the extra cleaning required.
if bins are misused, overfilled, or contain unsuitable items (e.g. building materials, furniture, liquids, or hazardous waste), a £100 disposal and cleaning fee may be charged to cover the cost of correction and waste management.

22. spare crib global ltd website
all website and media information/images are provided in good faith but may change without notice.
all bookings, regardless of source, are subject to these terms & conditions.
guests should ensure they fully understand these terms before confirming a booking.
